I had to make this for a co-worker. Her dad just passed on Saturday. He has been terminally ill for some time. May he rest peacefully now. Prayers for her family.

Made this for a sweet girl turning 11. Cannot believe she is a teenager already. I can still remember her the day she was born. I thought this was a nice card for her facing the awkward teen years.

I know this is a bit tardy. I made 100 of these to give away. 52 for the kids at school and the other 48 went to family, friends and co-workers. Phew..... I was surely tired after making all those. Glad the holidays are over.

I cannot believe that my GS is already 8 years old. Where has the time went? Since he loves the beach, I thought this card was appropriate for his birthday.

Birthday card for my BFF

This card I made in December for my BFF. We have been friends since junior high school. Went our seperate ways in college but we manage to stay in contact. Even now, almost 30 years later, we are still best friends. We call each other every week, have playdates at least once a month AND the best thing......... I got her hooked on cricut. I originally purchased a baby bug last year for my son, who was 6 at the time. What was I thinking? 6 year old and playing with outlets and a sharp blade. NOT!!!! So I offered to give it to my BFF for X'mas present and declined but insisted that she paid for it. She is a proud owner of a baby bug.

First post for 2011

I have been away for a few months. Elderly parent with health issues has kept me away. In my very little spare time to relive stress/anger/anxiety, I made cards. I just realized today that I have not uploaded any pics from my camera in months. Yes, 2 1/2 months to be exact.

Here is a baby shower card that I whipped up back in November 2010. Baby is due to arrive any day now.
