Mother's Day Card

This was an easy card that I made for my next door neighbor. I couldn't really get the rose to stay down. Next time I will trim the base a little more. It sure put a smile on my neighbor's face. Come to find out that she has been keeping all the cards that I made for her. She couldn't bear to thrown any of my work away. This is coming from a super neat freak. Her house is so impeccable that you can eat off her floor, not that I would but that is how clean and clutter free her house is. She is definitely my kids "Ya-Ya." They just adore her so much so i just had to make her a card.

Teacher's Appreciation Day

Inside Quote

Goodies for the Teachers

Don't forget to thank your child(s) teacher today. Today is Teacher Appreciation Day and all week is Teacher Appreciation week. Take the time to thank them for all the hard work they do.

Iwas racking my brain out for a while deciding what kind of card to make for the 10 teachers and assistants my kids have. Lo and behold - I came across an invite made by HappyJoyJoy. Kudos to you. This was simple yet versatile and beautiful. So I scraplifted and made it into a "Thank You" card for all the hard work the Teacher's do.
